A plain-language explanation of what this website stores and why.
Public browsing
The public service pages do not require an account. Standard web-server logs may record an IP address, browser information, requested page, and timestamp for security and reliability. Machine-template pages are not public.
Customer access and template downloads
Customer access codes are stored only as secure hashes. The private portal records the customer-access record used, its last-use time, and download totals for security and distribution control. Access codes, customer records, machine serial numbers, passwords, and maintenance evidence are not placed inside downloaded templates.
Service-request form
When you send the service-request form, the information you enter is transmitted through Formspree so it can be delivered to WITS. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the form.
Administrator information
Administrator credentials are stored on the server as a password hash. The separate Axiom Records provider key is also stored only as a secure hash. Passwords and provider keys are never stored in readable form. Template, administrator, provider-connection, and customer-access actions are written to a private security log.
