Machine-lifecycle records

Build the maintenance program once. Install it where the machine lives.

The WITS pilot library distributes published Axiom Records machine templates through a private, integrity-checked customer portal.

Versioned machine identity

Manufacturer, model family, equipment category, photograph, and locked published version.

Complete PM procedures

Schedules, task purpose, ordered steps, safety markings, grace periods, and evidence rules.

Portable and offline

The downloaded file installs into the customer’s local Axiom Records system without requiring normal internet access.

What the download contains

An .axiomtemplate file contains only the published machine program: its identity, approved machine photograph, task collection, schedules, steps, evidence requirements, references, and package-integrity information.

What it does not contain

The file does not carry customer passwords, customer contact records, installed-equipment serial numbers, completed PM records, service evidence, or other customer history.

How the website protects distribution

The administrator uploads the exact file exported by Axiom Records. The server verifies the package format and SHA-256 payload hash before making it available. Each customer receives a separate revocable access code that can be restricted to the machine programs assigned to that organization. Template names, machine details, photographs, and files are excluded from public search results. Axiom Records performs its own independent package check when the customer installs it.

Administrative connection

WITS can issue, limit, expire, rotate, and revoke each organization’s access independently. A protected provider connection is designed to bring those controls into the trusted Axiom Records administrative application while keeping the provider credential off customer systems.
