Preventive maintenance
A maintenance schedule is only useful when the work is clear.
Machine-specific procedures, timing, evidence, and permanent records that turn “check the machine” into accountable maintenance.
From reminders to usable procedures
A strong PM program explains the purpose of the task, the safe work boundary, the required shutdown state, the ordered steps, acceptable evidence, source documentation, and what should happen when a condition fails inspection.
Programs can include
- Daily, weekly, monthly, runtime-based, and condition-triggered tasks
- Safety-marked work steps and authorized-technician boundaries
- Photographs, readings, checklists, notes, and signatures
- Grace periods, warranty significance, and escalation rules
- Versioned updates that preserve completed maintenance history
Axiom Records template distribution
Approved customers receive a WITS access code for the private template portal. Each code can be restricted to the machine programs assigned to that organization. Every portable file is validated before release and checked again by the desktop application during installation.
